Gateway Dental Care is looking for an experienced Associate Dentist who wants more than just another clinical role.
This growing private practice is seeking a dentist, ideally 2–4 years out of dental school, who wants mentorship, clinical autonomy, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to grow toward future ownership.
Compensation & opportunity: • 28% of collections • $700/day guarantee for the first 90 days • $60,000 retention bonus after 5 years • Future earned equity opportunity with no initial buy-in required for the right doctor • Structured mentorship from experienced owner-doctors • EFDA-supported model designed to help doctors focus on higher-level dentistry
Schedule: Tuesday–Thursday: 8 AM–5 PM Every other Friday & Saturday: 7 AM–3 PM
