Ben Jensen Dental is looking for a Dental Assistant to join its close-knit, high-energy team in Yankton.

This is a full-time opportunity for someone with a great attitude who enjoys patient care, teamwork, and learning in a supportive dental environment. Training is available, and previous dental assisting experience is preferred but not required.

What you’ll be doing: • Assisting the dentist during treatment procedures • Preparing treatment rooms, patients, and equipment • Sterilizing and maintaining instruments • Taking dental X-rays • Helping patients feel comfortable throughout their visit • Providing post-treatment care instructions • Managing patient flow and scheduling • Maintaining accurate patient records • Working closely with the dental team to provide excellent care

What they’re looking for: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Positive attitude and commitment to patient care • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment • Interest in continued learning and professional development • Dental Assistant program completion preferred, but not required • Previous experience preferred, but not required
