Bold Smiles is looking for a professional, energetic Registered Dental Assistant to join its team in Searcy, AR.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, patient interaction and being part of a busy dental practice.

✨ Responsibilities include: • Chairside assisting during restorative, endodontic, prosthodontic, oral surgery and pediatric procedures • Preparing treatment rooms and sterilizing instruments • Taking dental X-rays and 3D scans • Supporting four-handed dentistry • Educating patients on oral health and post-op care • Scheduling appointments and assisting with insurance verification • Managing patient flow and clinical documentation • Maintaining infection-control and confidentiality standards

Qualifications include: • Previous dental assisting experience • Dental X-ray certification • Knowledge of dental terminology and infection control • Strong communication and organizational skills • Pediatric, prosthodontic or oral surgery experience is a plus • Experience with 3D scanners is an advantage
