RJ Dental Smiles is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join its growing, patient-focused practice in Dalton, MA.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys hands-on clinical work, values excellent patient care and wants to be part of a supportive dental team.

✨ Responsibilities include: • Chairside assisting during exams and procedures • Preparing treatment rooms, instruments and materials • Digital dental X-rays and diagnostic support • Operating 3D scanners and digital imaging equipment • Sterilization and infection control • Updating patient records and treatment documentation • Patient education and post-care instructions • Monitoring vital signs when needed

Preferred qualifications: • Previous dental assisting experience • Knowledge of dental terminology and chairside procedures • Digital radiography experience • Familiarity with 3D scanners or willingness to learn • Strong organization and communication skills • Ability to work efficiently in a busy clinical setting
