An established, doctor-led private practice is seeking a General Dentist for a pediatric-focused role with a full patient schedule from day one.
š° $1,300/day guarantee or 32% of collections, whichever is greater š Expected annual compensation: $400,000ā$550,000+ šļø Full-time š Decatur, IL
This practice offers a strong patient base, consistent new-patient flow, and an experienced hygiene, assistant, and administrative support team.
Typical procedures include: ā¢ Exams and treatment planning ā¢ Restorative dentistry ā¢ Stainless steel crowns ā¢ Pulpotomies ā¢ Extractions ā¢ Space maintainers ā¢ Nitrous oxide
Pediatric specialty training is not required. General dentists who enjoy treating children and want to expand their pediatric skill set are encouraged to apply. Experienced dentists and motivated new graduates are both welcome.
