Laguna Heights Dental is looking for an energetic and experienced Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join its general dentistry team.
✨ What You’ll Do • Provide chairside assistance for restorative, endodontic, oral surgery, prosthodontic and pediatric procedures • Prepare and sterilize dental instruments and equipment • Take digital X-rays and 3D scans • Maintain accurate patient records using Eaglesoft, Dentrix or similar systems • Monitor vital signs and medical histories • Educate patients on oral health and post-treatment care • Maintain high standards of infection control and clinical cleanliness
✨ What They’re Looking For • Current Registered Dental Assistant certification/licensure • General dentistry experience • Strong chairside assisting and sterilization skills • Experience with digital imaging, intraoral cameras and 3D scanners • Familiarity with Eaglesoft or Dentrix • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Pediatric dental experience is a plus
